Scripture: When he had gone indoors. The blind men came to him and he asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” “Yes, Lord,” they replied. Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your Faith will it be done to you”. Matt. 10:28-29 NIV

Like the two blind men, you may have a situation you wish could be different and have been waiting or wishing for a change. For many years, the two men probably wished to see what we often take for granted. Then one day it took one moment for their lives to change. Faith in Christ made all the difference.

Faith not doubt is what we need. Thoughts we entertain or accept from others could be hindering our moment of change.  We may not even be aware that people or ourselves are speaking things contrary to life, joy, or peace. We begin to accept a future for ourselves that God doesn’t desire and begin to prepare for the worst instead of believing for the best. It’s easy to forget that he came that you may have life and have it abundantly.

Even if you’re struggling for a moment, remember circumstances are always subject to change with Christ at any moment! We are to live a life of Hope! Do you believe he is able to change your situation? If certain situations could change according to your faith, do you think it will change? Speak life. Speak, pray, and believe what you really want in Christ according to his will!

PRAYER: Dear God, you are the author of faith, so increase my faith. I surrender my thoughts to you and believe my circumstances are subject to you. I ask that you help me to remember that there is nothing you can’t achieve.

REMEMBER: Our weapon is our faith. Hold each thought captive and be careful what you accept.
